Return Policy

Fera Pets is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will send you a return label and you may return your purchased item to us for a full refund or store credit. 

  1. Email customerservice@ferapets.com

  2. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email. 

  3. We do not accept any returns 30 days after your order was delivered.

  4. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly. 

  5. If there is no scoop provided in our powder supplements, please let us know and we will send you a new scoop ASAP.

  6. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order. We recognize the importance of your request and will submit it to our warehouse for processing. Please note that this is a request, and if the warehouse is unable to cancel the order, we will gladly email you a prepaid return label to facilitate an easy return of the product.   7. All refunds will receive an email confirmation.
